This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is part of the KFOX.AI Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree not to engage in any of the following.

Prohibited content

You may not use the Service to create, upload, generate, or distribute content that:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery — sexual or nude depictions of real persons without their explicit consent.
• Deepfake harassment — fabricated content depicting real, identifiable persons in ways intended to defame, intimidate, harass, defraud, or sexually objectify them.
• Hate or discriminatory content — material that incites violence or hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Self-harm promotion — content that encourages or instructs others to harm themselves.
• Terrorism / violent extremism — content that promotes, glorifies, or recruits for violent extremist organisations.
• Disinformation — political disinformation campaigns, fabricated news, or manipulated media intended to deceive the public, including content intended to interfere in elections.
• Fraud / scams — fake invoices, phishing material, counterfeit products, fake reviews, or impersonation for fraud.
• IP infringement — uploading or generating content that infringes others' copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets without permission.
• Privacy violations — doxxing, exposing private contact info, or generating content depicting identifiable private individuals without their consent.
• Weapons / dangerous goods — content facilitating manufacture or sale of illegal weapons, drugs, or hazardous materials.
• Malware — generating or distributing malicious code, payloads, or instructions to deploy them.

Prohibited platform behaviour

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract model weights or training data from the Service.
• Use the Service to develop a competing AI service (i.e., do not use our outputs to train other AI models).
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond the documented API.
• Bypass rate limits, credit checks, watermarks, or any technical restriction.
• Resell credits or sublicense API access without our written permission.
• Use stolen accounts, payment methods, or fraudulent identities.
• Impersonate KFOX or our staff.
• Stress-test or perform unauthorised security testing without our written permission.

Marketplace / e-commerce specific

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate fake product reviews, ratings, or testimonials.
• Generate listings for prohibited or counterfeit goods on Amazon, Tmall, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada or any other marketplace.
• Misrepresent product specifications, country of origin, materials, or safety certifications.

Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion:

• Remove or refuse to generate content that we believe violates this AUP;
• Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited use, with or without notice;
• Withhold refunds for accounts terminated for AUP violations;
• Report serious violations (especially CSAM, terrorism, or fraud) to law-enforcement authorities;
• Provide information to law-enforcement when required by valid legal process.

Reporting

To report suspected AUP violations or abusive content generated through KFOX, email abuse@kfox.ai with as much detail as possible (generation ID, URL, screenshots, etc.). We will investigate promptly.

Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
