KFOX.AI generates images, video, text and other content using AI models. Please read this disclaimer carefully before using the Service.

1. AI-generated content is not human-verified

All outputs are produced by automated AI systems. We do not pre-review them. Results may:
- Be inaccurate, misleading, or factually wrong;
- Look realistic but depict non-existent people, places, or products;
- Contain spelling, layout, or rendering artefacts;
- Resemble existing copyrighted works, trademarks, or real persons coincidentally;
- Vary in quality between runs even with identical inputs.

2. You are responsible for review and use

Before using any output commercially, you must:
1. Review every generated image, video, and text for accuracy, suitability, and brand safety.
2. Verify that text content (specs, pricing, claims) is factually correct for your product.
3. Confirm that no third-party trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material appear without authorisation.
4. Confirm that no real person's likeness appears without their consent.
5. Comply with the rules of any platform you publish to (Amazon, Tmall, TikTok Shop, Shopee, etc.) — including their AI-content disclosure requirements where applicable.

3. No professional advice

Generated content does not constitute legal, medical, financial, regulatory, or other professional advice. Do not rely on it as such.

4. Intellectual-property risk

AI models are trained on large datasets; outputs can occasionally resemble pre-existing works. KFOX does not warrant that any output is free of third-party IP claims. You bear sole responsibility for clearing any rights necessary for your use of the output. Consider conducting reverse-image searches or trademark checks before high-stakes commercial use.

5. Platform compliance

Many marketplaces have specific rules for AI-generated content, including required disclosure labels, watermarks, or category restrictions. You are responsible for understanding and complying with those rules. KFOX is not responsible for listing takedowns, account suspensions, or other consequences imposed by third-party platforms.

6. Likeness, real people & sensitive groups

Do not generate content depicting real, identifiable individuals (including celebrities, politicians, or members of the public) without their written consent. Do not generate content targeting protected characteristics (race, religion, sexual orientation, etc.) in a derogatory or stereotypical manner. Doing so may violate law and our Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Children and minors

Do not generate sexual, suggestive, or exploitative content involving minors under any circumstance. This is a strict prohibition and will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.

8. Misinformation, deepfakes & fraud

Do not use generated content to spread political misinformation, impersonate real individuals for fraudulent purposes, manipulate elections, defame others, or commit any unlawful act.

9. Limitation

By using the Service you acknowledge and accept that KFOX has no liability for:
- The factual accuracy of generated content;
- IP claims arising from your use of outputs;
- Damages resulting from platform takedowns, removal, or sanction;
- Decisions you make based on generated content.

10. Reporting issues

If you encounter outputs that appear to violate IP rights, depict identifiable persons without consent, or are otherwise harmful, please report to abuse@kfox.ai with the generation ID and a description.
