Third-Party AI Data Processing Consent

When you use KFOX.AI's AI generation features, we send certain data you provide to third-party AI service providers so they can process your request and return results. We only send this data after you give explicit consent in the app (at registration or before your first generation).

1. What data may be sent

Depending on the feature you use, we may transmit:

• Images you upload — product photos, reference images, masks, canvas layers, model photos
• Text you enter — prompts, product titles, descriptions, marketing copy, analysis instructions
• Audio / video you upload — for digital-human or talking-video features (when applicable)
• Technical metadata — image dimensions, language preference (not used to identify you)

We do not send your password, full payment card numbers, or government ID through these AI APIs.

Data is processed in the United States and other regions where these providers operate. Each provider applies its own security and retention practices under API / enterprise terms. Under default API terms, these providers do not use your inputs to train their public models.

3. Why we share

Solely to perform the AI generation you request — e.g., create product images, videos, detail pages, or marketing copy. We do not sell your uploads to these providers.

4. Your choices

• You may decline this consent; in that case AI generation features will not run (account and billing features may still work).
• You may withdraw consent by deleting your account or contacting privacy@kfox.ai. Withdrawal applies to future processing; prior logs may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Re-consent may be required if we add new AI providers or materially change what is sent.

5. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy describes all data collection, sharing, retention, and your rights. Third-party providers must protect your data with safeguards comparable to ours.
